Landing page for a home construction and renovation company. The biggest barrier to inquiry — "How much will it cost?" — is addressed upfront through a chat UI, guiding visitors naturally to a free estimate request form. Scroll animations (counter, parallax) are built with GSAP + ScrollTrigger, with prefers-reduced-motion support for accessibility.

Challenge
Home renovation costs are hard to estimate, and "not knowing the price" is the biggest barrier preventing potential customers from making inquiries.
Solution
Designed a chat UI that resolves cost-related questions upfront, naturally leading visitors to a free estimate request form. Used GSAP + ScrollTrigger for scroll-driven animations (number counters, parallax effects) to showcase construction results impressively, while supporting prefers-reduced-motion for accessibility.
